Fifth Annual* Forever Family Foundation Conference - Is There Chocolate In The Afterlife on November 12, 2011 in Hauppauge, New York. Theresa Caputo, one of four presenters at this all day conference presented on mediumship and then conduct spirit communication for the audience. Other speakers included psychic medium Angelina Diana, Dr. T. Lee Baumann, and Loyd Auerbach. The day included a full sit down luncheon and chocolate tasting. Holidays Past New York on December 17, 2011 at the Melville Marriott in Melville, New York for a evening of spirit communication conducted by Forever Family Foundation Certified Medium Theresa Caputo.
