As chances are purchased, consecutive numbers will be assigned to the purchaser, and at the drawing to be held on April 22, 2012, a Forever Family Foundation computer program will randomly select and remove one of the assigned numbers at a time until all prizes are awarded. The purchaser of that number will be notified of their prize using the contact information provided at purchase. Chances can also be purchased via the mail by sending a check payable to Forever Family Foundation to Forever Family Foundation, 222 Atlantic Avenue, Oceanside, New York 11572-2009. Entries with checks received after April 21, 2012 will be returned to sender. This prize can not be redeemed for cash.
Forever
Family Foundation is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that supports
the premise that life does not end with physical death, furthers the
understanding of Afterlife Science and survival of consciousness, and
offers support to the bereaved. Among the active members of the organization
